I'm very passionate about Brainwave Entrainment as it enabled me to overcome a 25 year addiction to Alcohol, major depression and a dependence on anti-depressants.  I discovered Brainwave Entrainment on the internet in 2003 whilst looking for a natural cure for my depression.
